Went ahead and replaced both with CVF Stainless Steel Catted Downpipes and Big Daddies Garage Mini CAT O2 Sensor CEL Fix spacer on the each rear O2 sensors. Within a few minutes of driving, I now have P2096, P2098, P0430, P0420 codes and it seems to surge/bog down slightly at idle. Also seems a little more laggy than before.
